模具鋼材5CrMnMo是在中碳鋼的基礎(chǔ)上主要加入Cr、Mn、Mo三元素而研制成的,也可看作把5CrNiMo鋼中的Ni元素由Mn元素取代而形成的。該鋼是熱作模具鋼,除淬透性,耐熱疲勞性稍差外,5CrMnMo鋼具有與5CrNiMo鋼類似的性能,淬透性稍差·此鋼適于制作要求具有較高強度和高耐磨性的各種類型鍛?!ひ箜g性較高時,可采用電渣重熔鋼· 5CrMnMo鋼中碳含量保持在0.40%~0.60%,可獲得較高的強度與耐熱疲勞強度、一定的硬度與耐磨性、良好的韌性鋼與導(dǎo)熱性。
