碳素鋼的分類
鋼中可分為低碳鋼、中碳鋼和高碳鋼。
低碳鋼--含碳量一般小于0.25%;
中碳鋼--含碳量一般在0.25~0.60%之間;
高碳鋼--含碳量一般大于0.60%。
鋼中除含有碳(C)元素和為脫氧而含有一定量硅(Si)(一般不超過0.40%),錳(Mn)(一般不超過0.80%,較高可到1.20%)合金元素外,不含其他合金元素(殘余元素除外)。
鋼中含碳量低于2.1%為鋼,含碳量高于2.1%為鐵。
鋼中含碳量越高其韌性越差,鋼中含鐵量越高其韌性越好。
